At JA, we host several signature events throughout the year to raise money to support our programming, as well as to engage the community in our educational work. Whether you’d like to get involved on an individual level or as a business through event sponsorship, JA offers several ways for you to support our work and have a good time, too.
- JA Bowling Classic: Create a team and bowl your way to supporting economics education for our kids.
- Puget Sound Business Hall of Fame: Help us recognize the outstanding contributions of Washington State’s business leaders, and inspire generations of professionals and entrepreneurs.
- Celebrate JA Breakfasts: Join Junior Achievement board members, supporters, volunteers, educators, students and staff at a Celebrate JA Breakfast event in your area to hear about and see the tremendous impact JA is having on local students.
- Junior Achievement Golf Classic: Our golf tournament and auction offers the best of both worlds — a day of sport and an evening of splendor, all for a good cause.

The world is becoming more competitive and interconnected. Businesses are no longer bound by bricks and mortar, so what happens in one corner of the globe can have a significant impact right here in Washington State. And when local companies set out to hire new employees, candidates come from everywhere, not just Washington. Increasingly, employers value intangible assets such as imagination, problem solving and critical thinking, along with technical skills. Can American students measure up to this challenge? Unfortunately, the statistics say no. But with your help, JA can help change that.
