Classroom Prepration

Prior to visiting JA Finance Park, students participate in a comprehensive five-unit classroom curriculum that leads students through the study of financial institutions, sales and income taxes and the role of personal budgets and financial planning. A key part of their curriculum focuses on an assessment of each student’s personal interests and lifestyle goals. Junior Achievement’s goal is to help students understand the correlation between their schoolwork and their future success as an adult.
